Surf Hotel & Residences

I love this hotel so much. Excellent service, amenities and the Wesley & Rose is such a fun spot to eat at. My only qualms are with the bedding. It's made out of the most slippery material and I was fighting for my life every night of my stay. The fitted sheet constantly slips off and the comforter and pillows bunch up in the middle of their covers. Given the way everything else is presented at this beautiful property, I would love to see some higher-quality, more comfortable sheets.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the rooms are incredibly chic and thoughtfully decorated, with a modern yet cozy feel that immediately makes you feel at home. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the river was unforgettable. One of the highlights of the stay was the on-site restaurant. The food was exceptional: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a treat, whether we were grabbing a casual breakfast or enjoying a more dinner.

Had the opportunity to stay at The Surf Hotel for a night - wow, what a beautiful experience. The entire space feels magical - thoughtfully curated and full of character. From the moment you walk in, it’s like being transported back in time. Communication with the hotel was excellent. They text you before arrival to start the check-in process, which makes everything super easy and convenient. You can also text them directly for any requests or questions, a really nice touch. The rooms are stunning, and the wraparound balcony with rocking chairs is the cherry on top. Waking up to the sound of the river flowing below was incredibly peaceful and serene. The hotel was spotless, smelled amazing, and has an attached restaurant that was absolutely delicious - I’ll be leaving a separate review for that soon! Can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

My wife and I went here over the weekend for an anniversary/birthday trip. We had a fantastic time and were enamored with the amenities. The staff were lovely at all the different places on their campus and the food/drinks at the on-site restaurant were well priced and worth the spend. Highly recommend staying here solo or as a couple.

The crown jewel of wedding venues to photograph at! All of us want to work here because of how stunning it is. The mood is very elegant and the staff is extremely talented. Every event I've worked here always goes off without a hitch. This is the spot to get married.

we hosted our wedding at the Surf Hotel this fall with 100 of our closest family and friends and had the most incredible weekend! we were able to stay in the new Surf House rooms, which were absolutely gorgeous. our guests loved the vibe of the hotel, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was so organized and helped our wedding day run so smoothly - all while being placed in such a gorgeous part of Colorado right on the river! would highly recommend to anyone looking to get married in the mountains or needs a weekend getaway!

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Great vibes all around. We were happy with our room and the amenities. My only wish is that, for the price, they had a gym and in-room humidifiers.
